On 5/ 7 I go to west cost audio ask sales man Barnard to listen to my music. I play my music for him to hear I said sounds like driver side speaker out in the dashboard he agreed the he said sounds like one of your back speakers out as well I said I don't think so he said I cant hear this one on the driver side back door! So I said ok! Barnard stated I will have to change only dash board speaker and one back door speaker! I agreed we go inside he starts getting what he getting saying yes I have the two speakers! He tells me 800 and something at first! Then he says we have financing after going through the financing process then ask about car alarm and video camera I work from home told him someone recently broke into my car! He said 2800 I said why so much told him to put that back now he said total 1300 something! It was 7pm closing time i was handed my keys and told by Barnard he replace two back speakers added amp a speaker in back trunk! I said i didn't ask to replace both he said we cant do one he said now you will have to come back and get the front speakers done I Went up the following weekend to explain my concerns!to Ramsey. Barnard gave me attitude telling Ramsey I told him to put the dashboard speakers back I never said that that's why I came! I spoke with claims escalation supervisor for snap they don't no what to do! Ramsey ask me to call manager Mia on 5/16 I came up there 9am like she ask to have this all and speaker remove out my trunk it sound bad! Resolution Sought My vehicle has missing parts from them he didn't do the back speakers he replace front door speakers! I never ask for those now they say the back speakers where never replace manager assured me she would be present at 9am 5/16 she didn't not show I was up there from 9/5pm she keeps taking to me very rude! There's no one over her! I don't feel like I should have to pay for anything I am going through finance these people! Nothing done that I ask! 3 Saturdays going up there! I need help

I understand how frustrating this experience has been for you, and I am very disappointed with the customer service you received. This shouldn't have happened. You stated "I don't feel like I should have to pay for anything" while I understand you may feel that way, we do need to review not only your account of the situation but also speak to the sales team along with management and review video of the situation as to get a better understanding of what happened. Your experience workers are very rude! Lie and very disrespectful! I have done everything that's ask of me but I keep getting the run around! The equipment was removed out my vehicle by a worker from West Co I came with a friend Mia assured me she would be there at 9am! She will not contact snap to let them no what was remove just adding what I just had done! I don't have the energy anymore

I purchased window tint, and a center display to be put into my car. They rang me up for $1,503.11 on April 3rd at 12:24pm Transaction 001659. And the sales rep said oh sh*t forgot to ring you up for the monitor part but I got your labor on the last 1 and the tint. So then I purchased $869.99 for the pioneer display at 12:30pm. Transaction 001662. They told me they had everything they need and it would be done by 5pm. I received a call at 3:16pm stating they didn't have the right wiring harness and that they would be able to get it tomorrow morning. They said they finished the tint but were unable to do anything else today because it takes 3.5 hours and they don't have the part in time. So they offered to lock it in there garage and start on it in the morning. April 4th at 10:44am the shop called me to say that they didn't have the stuff to complete my install that they had gotten the wrong one and that they would have to order one from the dealer, and it could be a few weeks or more since they have been on back order. I told the rep I would rather get a refund if they couldn't complete it as I have waited 2 days. When I came into the shop I looked and immediately noticed a half dollar size dent in my right front passenger door. I walked in the shop and brought it to the salesmans attention. He refused to call the manager. I filed a police incident report with the sheriff's office and they came out took information and gave incident # . Need more space Resolution Sought REFUND, s will a fix damage to my car.
