We're spending thousands of dollars with this company to get braces for our kids. We are supposed to be there every month for appointments, but every month there have been scheduling problems where they book us (give us an appointment card) but when we get there they tell us ortho isn't working that day. No phone call, no apology. This has happened three months in a row. Wait times are hours and hours. Almost four hours at our last visit. Resolution Sought Give us our money back so we can go somewhere else
