I took my 2005 BMW 325Ci to West Escondido automotive and transmission to find out why the car was using a lot of antifreeze. I asked the mechanic when I first took the car there for his honest opinion about the car being worth putting money into it. Trusting their educated opinion I took their suggestion and allowed them to put a new engine in the car. The cost for this was $16,304.77. When all the work was done approximately 6 weeks ago I was told when I picked the car up that I would have a good running car for a long time. I trusted in this establishment. Since I've gotten the car back I've had nothing but problems with it on inspection it was discovered there's no oil in the car. There is also no power steering fluid in the car. These are the facts and this is unacceptable. I feel like I have been totally taken advantage of by this establishment Resolution Sought Redress for the substandard work I have received I expect a full refund for the cost of the engine replacement and reimbursement for any additional expenses incurred as a result of this inadequate service.

Thank you for reaching out, we will not be responding to this inquiry, Diane Clark had already filed a complaint with the Bureau of Automotive Repair, After a complete Investigation the Bureau of Automotive Repair has made a determination and closed the complaint in our favor as we have performed all contractual duties as required and in doing so by following the Business and Professions codes (1), Health and Safety codes (2) and California code of regulations (3) In reference to the estimating and proper repair of this vehicle. The Vehicle has bee rechecked and the power steering fluid is full as when the vehicle left the facility initially, the Engine oil is full as when the vehicle left the facility Initially also. The clients' statements are untrue and Unfounded. The Bureau of Automotive repair is the highest regulatory body in relation to determination on Automotive Service and repair complaints, Please advise your client The findings are the Bureau are final. 1.
