On November 27th 2023 west shore salesman showed up and wanted to put in a 12000 dollars Shower I called them to cancel on 12/04/2023 there telling us that we owe them the amount disputed the salesman lied to us on the money and interest now there legal department sent us a letter saying we owe them this amount I put 2500 down they won't give it back and we still owe 1696.85 this isn't right I guess if you're a multi billion dollar company you can get away with this. Resolution Sought I want my money back.

I paid almost 10,000 to get shower installation in 1 day the advertising is not true they install in 1 day but have been to my home 6-7 times in 2 years. The 1st time they said installation was done wrong, #2 water running down shower wall, #3 water running out on porch, #4 broken shower door, #5 shower door off track, #6 both shower doors off track one door fell & cut my foot. I have pictures & been calling a week for a manager & no response. They're coming on 20th to install doors again but offer no incentive. I paid $10,000 my balance $4,500 I will not pay another dime & don't care if the balance goes on my credit. They have false advertising & told me they fired the 1st installers that came out because work was done wrong. This is unacceptable & I am very pissed off. Resolution Sought To pay off my balance or offer $2,000 off my balance.
