I was surfing the web on window replacement and the next thing I know I got linked to having 3 companies call me regarding estimates for my job. I have told them all I am nit interested and yet I get about a half dozen calls a day from them. I threatened to report them and it seems to have helped. But I got calls from this company again. When I block their calls they call on a different number or just continue to call. Resolution Sought I want them to stop calling me. I don't think this is a good way to get business.

A representative for a company didn't send me a copy of my contract from June 26th until today when they came to do the job and changed the original plan for the job and I didn't know about the change until today and I didn't approve it so now since they changed the plan I cancelled it because they didn't tell me about the changes so my dispute is now they want me to pay a 35 fee for labor that never happened. The person in charge of the plan failed to inform me of any changes on the project. Resolution Sought Be responsible for their representative in not following threw with the agreement of original plan and not charge me for their representatives mistake it's not fair I have to pay for his mistake as a employee of the company. I never received any copies of anything until I asked after there was a problem with the service
