My son saw this trk, Dan kept calling my son back to tell him what a fantastic trk he had for him. It was a beast of a trk in excellent condition, and my son could drive it from Iowa to TX. and see the sights. He showed some pics of the trk, that we later found out he had taken at certain angles, and from afar so you really couldn't see what a deplorable condition it was really in. They were making the deal, my son asked, 15,000 delivered to my door? My son sent his full address, And Dan said yes sir, delivered. I will make it happen. Then a day later Dan started changing his texts to just Texas, not mentioning Alvin. Then he calls and tells us his friend took the trk to Abilene and he can get it from there. My son said, no, you were suppose to deliver to Alvin, and he tried to say, he told us Abilene, where we then said, why would we say Abilene, if I live in Alvin. Then the trkr calls and says the trk is there on Abilene, and we can pick it up. My son said Alvin. The trkr said Dan asked him to take it to Alvin, and he told Dan ,no, he couldn't, so Dan told him to take it with him to Abilene where the trkr lives. Dan told my son he would give him 500.00 to go get it, knowing it would cost about 1,800 to deliver it from Abilene. We fought for 30 days with lie after lie. Stalling and stalling while it just sat in Abilene. He finally said he got a carrier, Lone Star Car Transport to take it to Alvin. Lone Star told me he lied to them too, and didn't tell them it was an oversize Resolution Sought Take this death trap back and refund the money. Total trash. Selling dangerous vehicles. Motor wasn't even mounted. Total rusted junk. Sent pictures hiding everything. Sold as fantastic deal. This should be a felony . He should be shut down. Need more space to give the whole story. CROOK!!

The person who filed this complaint was not even the customer we sold the vehicle to. Mr. Denaro purchased the truck over the phone on 4-27-21. He saw the truck listed on ebay and chose to wait for the listing to end and bought the truck sight unseen. We did send Mr. Denaro more photos than what was on the ebay listing, and video of the truck running. I told the customer I would have a friend take it to Texas for the $15,000 asking price. My friend said he could get it to Abaline TX but no further, this cost me $1000. He said he would arrange to meet in Abaline when it got there. I gave phone numbers to both so they keep in touch when it got there. After the truck was delivered Mr. Denaro decided he needed the truck delivered directly to him. At this point his mother got involved and starting making threats. I put up with it for about a week and agreed to deliver the rest of the way to Alvin, TX, just trying to make the customer happy. With the truck being a very large one ton dually crew cab with a lift kit, this proved to be a process. After 2 weeks of working back and forth with transport companies I got one to agree to ship it for an additional $1100. Once delivered the customers mother let me know they refuse the truck and was not what they expected. Mr. Denaro wired money before truck left Iowa, and we sent the title and bill of sale the same day. Customers mother has been unreasonable. He has never contacted me after the purchase. I believe the mother lent him the money and didn't want him to have the truck from the beginning. Sale is final. Truck was paid for and shipped to his door. Paperwork was delivered to customer. I am sorry they are unsatisfied but went above and beyond on this deal. I even offered to pay customer to pick up the truck from Abilene to make the process quicker, but was not willing to cooperate during any of the process. I have no interest in doing any further business with these customers. All Text messages will be sent by request to back my conversations with Mr. Denaro and mother.

More lies. My son never agreed to pick it up in Abilene. He even offered my son 500 if he would go get it himself. My son said that wasn't the deal. The trkr had to puck it up in Albany then drive it to Abilene. They said he lied to them about everything too. They couldn't even get it started. Then the trkg Co found a trkr to take it to Alvin and he left it in the busy 2 lane street cause he couldn't even get the junk started. The trkr showed him the busted emergency brake cable hanging and said ur gonna need a wrecker. Since then I now have a mechanic that has taken pictures of everything he lied about. His false advertising about the working engine, lie, he advertised a new lift, I have pictures of it so rusted they would break it off to even get the rusted screws off. He said there never was brakes, they used emergency brakes and that is why the cable on the emergency brakes snapped. It said that is a plain criminal act to sell someone a trk so dangerous. He knew that trk couldn't be driven anywhere. And I have all the adds where he advertised and pictures where he took from far and at angles to make it look good, and I have pictures of what it actually looked like.
