Extremely poor customer service.

Extremely poor customer service. You can't get your dog seen at all and they refuse to contact you of they have a cancelation. You can't be contacted when they refill meds that are crucial for your pets health. They have changed with the standard of care. Go back to treating your patients like you care about them and provide good customer service. Try to alleviate problem instead of pushing people off the phone saying you can't do anything.
