We have a mountain sliding into our house do to water issues. It has caused over $300,000 in damages to our house. Wv American water put water to the houses on the mountain behind us but did not put in sewer , everyone up still has septic systems which are all leaking. We went and spoke with a few people on the mountain and they stated that most of them leak and they want sewer systems installed and have also reported the leaks with no prevail. Please help us before we loose our home. Resolution Sought Install sewer on the mountain or take the water out. Figure out what they can do to help with the damages to our house.

First WV American Water Company wanted my rent lease agreement. I've already sent the rent lease agreement again & blew the picture up & sent it to them plus my Driver's license. I've even paid a deposit for my sewer as well. I haven't had water on since I moved in. I've done did everything they said to do. Now they're saying they can't read it. They better get some glasses as well. I need my water on ASAP!! They don't know how to do their job right. They need to treat customers better than they do. Resolution Sought Turn my water on ASAP!!
