I had went to get service in my name at my address which is, Charleston WV 25306. I had a past due amount of $35 which, I paid also had to pay a deposit of $95 i paid it also about 2wks later they came out and turned my water off which i stopped them due to they gave me wrong premises number to my place i called they gave me a new one and once again came out to shut off do to wrong again i did the same thing over and over again called and called all together i had about 4 different premise numbers and account number as well i called the main company and finally got it situated to everything being correct about I'm gonna say a couple months ago..i have every number that was gave to me including finally the correct one instead of them billing me for the time it was corrected due to THEIR MISTAKE they send me a bill for $1075.00 which is not right at all i shouldn't be billed for something that was wrong by them cause they do not know how to do their job correctly i should only be billed for the time it was finally CORRECT now i am without water because once again THEIR MISTAKE THEM NOT DOING THEIR JOB CORRECTLY i am disabled and i also have 2 children in my home i am not happy and feel something needs to be done and my water back on. Resolution Sought It resolved and service reconnected with no cost and a apologies cause their mess up
