Took my power saw there to get repaired in July. They put a new carburetor on it and charged me $170.00 . Took the saw home and it wouldn't start. Took it back and they claim I Took parts off of it to make it not run. Then they said ill have to pay for another carborator. They won't call me back or give me any info on my saw. I use the saw to cut firewood to heat my home. I had to buy several loads of wood because they won't fix my saw. It's been 8 months now and still can't get an answer out of them. Resolution Sought I would like my power saw fixed and my money back since they caused me to have to buy firewood to heat my home during winter months.

The customer either tried to work on the saw or had someone else work on it. Due to evidence of disassembly and reassembly not completed by us. Please see detailed notes from work order: 3/8/2022 - customer was called and told his saw is done and ready to be picked up. Customer said "thank you, I will be in tomorrow to get it." Did not ask for refund. He only owes for the carburetor. Does not owe labor or small parts. 3/3/2022 3:52:44 PM Parts were recently received, upon installing carburetor some RED RTV SEALANT WAS NOTICED ON THE SAW, UPON FURTHER REVIEW RTV SEALANT WAS USED ON THE CARB, THE MUFFLER AND ALSO THE HEAD ON THE MACHINE 3/1/2022 1:40:45 PM Customer called COP to complain about issue 2/5/2022 8:48:39 AM Tried to call customer about issue but no answer left vmail Per Drew in Cumberland store he stated we can cover small parts and labor but customer has to buy carburetor After recieving parts tech looked at carb and limited caps were busted off and lower side of carb was tightened all the way down and high side was barely hanging on by a thread. Also machine continues to flood itself Upon receiving parts, technician took notice of how the limiter caps on the carb were excessively damaged 01/20/21 Customer stated he tried to adjust carb on machine when it would not run in the woods. Advised you cannot adjust the carbs 01/20/21 Customer contacted Cumberland, spoke to Drew to about the length of time for his repair

The whole reason I took the saw there was because I didn't have time to put a carborator on it. So why or how would I have time to mess with it after the first time they said it was fixed???? Why would I have someone else work on it when they are the ones that said it was fixed but wasnt???? Just got the saw back today. Took it home and it fired right up. But then the clip for the air box fell off and a screw on top the saw came loose. So the saw runs but now two more problems came up from them working on it.
