The office did not specify what I was going to be receiving, they stated that they will do everything today, but never stated what and they just had me pay things out of pocket that I didn't even understand what they were charging me for. The next day I went and asked for them to cancel this treatment that I never asked for and to refund my deposit of 220 dollars. They said okay. I went back about a week later and they said they never requested it and that they would do it. This happened another two times with the same excuse. I then went another time and they said they did request it, another time I went and I kept telling them to cancel, they said they couldn't because the treatment was already there and that I have to pay for it but I have yet to even receive the service for this treatment so I'm paying for nothing. They refused to give me an itemized list of my charges but then I went another time and they finally did. After all of this they still refused to even cancel. I asked for a copy of the request they put in and they refused and only told me "I think she did request it". They then told me to go to customer service to handle it. I called customer service and they didn't do anything for me nor called me back. So now at this time I am still being charged for something I haven't received or ever knowledgeably signed up for, they refuse to refund the 220. And cancel future appointments. Resolution Sought I want my refund and cancel the Gum Treatment service for something I didn't want at all.

Went to get work done, they told me about implants, that the cost would be $20,000. I was told they would be permanent, but they are clip on. I went back for the procedure, I was swollen and bruised, missed work for 3 weeks. I have no feeling in my chin now. When I went for my follow-up, the dentist said I was the worst they had seen, the manager went back and said I owed another $40,000.00 she stated it was common sense since I was going in for another treatment. She told me I could get a loan through care credit. I didn't need one, but a couple of months later I get a bill from care credit. But they cancelled it. when I went back to the dental office, they would ignore me or hang up on me. She stated I signed a contract, but I did not sign it, someone forged my name. Corporate agreed that it was not my signature, but the office managers are blowing it off. And now my teeth are not staying in, they fall out, I went back they stated they weren't going to correct them, since my gums had grown over the clip, they billed my insurance, but they denied the procedure since it has not been 5 years. I went to another dentist and they stated I am not a candidate for the procedure due to me not having enough bone to support. And now I have to go and get the clips cut out and be back to where I was at the beginning. They won't reimbursement me the $15,000 I paid out of pocket. They state that since they did all the work, they should get paid. But I was never a good candidate for it, and Resolution Sought Full refund of $15,000
