They provided me with dental work, which according to them the insurance did not cover a crown which was $858.00. I paid them with my American Express. There was also a denture done, which cost $1,142.00 and according to them, the insurance only covered $488.00, therefore I had to pay $654.00 with my American Express. This procedure was not done and I paid with my American Express $1,512.00. At the end of December they billed my insurance again to get as much money from the benefits ending that year. My insurance denied the charge and that's when I found out that my insurance had paid for my crown $858 and they also had no record of my partial denture of 654.00. American Express closed the dispute in my favor, I got the money back for $1512.00, however to date I continue getting bills from them trying to collect that amount again. Resolution Sought I dont owe anything. remove the charges.

I went there at 12:30 for my 1:09pm appointment. And I am still waiting it is now 4:16pm trying to get seen. I keep asking the front desk for information about when I will be seen and they are not only rude they billed my insurance and have not been able to been seen or even get any help with my X-ray. They staff was not only rude to me but rude to many other who was also scheduled at the same time as me and I really don't think it's fair at all to me as a patient. The staff continue to raise they voice as call me a bigger and more and that isn't not how to run a business. Knowing they had one dentist today and scheduled many people at the same time . They was putting all their own ethic people before me and that's not right you can't run a business by only services one nationality of people Resolution Sought Refund my insurance company as well as make my next appointment for free because this is way past ridiculous. If they have one dentist they need to let the scheduling know this so that isn't an on going issue
