I have been driving for this company as a owner operator/lease to own truck driver for three weeks and have not received a dime

I have been driving for this company as a owner operator/lease to own truck driver for three weeks and have not received a dime. They make the drivers pay for fuel, scale the trailers, Lumper fees ect all out of pocket. None of the staff are helpful. The DM's and management are rude as they can be to anyone and everyone. Just spent the last two days stuck in their lot so I can get my truck fixed only to be told they weren't going to fix it and that I wasn't allowed to leave until Monday. I have no food or water.
Just making it known this company is a rip off.
