I paid to have a performance done to rid the fleas of my house, after countless attempts, I was still getting bit. The technician came to my house at least eight or nine times I was refused a heat treatment. I miss numerous days of work, threw away three pieces of furniture had the landscapers clean my backyard, and still the problem occurred. I was promised a refund, but now I've gone through four different operators stating that the district manager supposed to get a hold of me in order to give me the refund each time I can plant goes on deaf ears and I've been going through this over a month. They also charged me for another month, even though I canceled them over a month ago I don't know what to do at this point I paid Orkin for a heat treatment and now I'm paying them after the initial fee of $400 $60 a month for the following year but I no longer have the problem I believe I was taking advantage of and this is falling on the fears repeatedly. Resolution Sought I would just like my refund which they originally were supposed to give me in the first place instead, I'm wasting time talking to these operators every other day getting the same runaround.
