The lobby guy walked in on me and my husband as if we had checked out at 9:45 when checkout is 11! We had no clothes on he said sorry and closed the door back.. Ithis is my 3rd night in a row…. I asked for the managers name and number and he would not provide it.. he was sleep on the couch when I checked in and asked me what was it that I wanted.. he is the ridest hotel lobby attendant that I have ever met.. even said if you're gonna get the room get it if not I'm going back to the couch as nice as I was saying sir u do know this or you do know dat!'n he didn't budge.. I proceeded and said sir that's why the parking lot is not as full as it is because of your customer service to people and he jumped his shoulder and said oh well like he didn't care… I wouldn't recommend dis motel to anyone because the guy is always sleep and looks and doesn't care about anyone.. I need my refund asap! Resolution Sought A refund…..
