My car was towed from my apartment for $260 but this company has charged me an additional $165 for an after hours fee and a day rate for keeping my car in their lot. I caught the driver as he was taking my car and called the tow company immediately. The driver hadn't yet put in my car's information so their operators had no idea the car was being taken. This delayed my ability to retrieve my car. Once I finally reached their lot, it tool a release agent an hour and 45 minutes to get there to release my car. I could have gotten my car back before it even reached the lot had they filed their paperwork appropriately and arrived in a timely manner. I waited an additional 45 minutes outside the building waiting for the release agent who was inside the whole time. The business is unorganized and preys on people who are already in a bad spot. There's no reason to charge a $65 day rate for a car that had just gotten there, and really only went into the lot because the employees did not do their jobs in a timely manner. Resolution Sought I would like the business to refund me the day rate and the after hours fee.
