I am 72-year-old senior citizen living at 3230 South Gessner Road Apartment 1607 I've resigned here for the last 11 years with no problem until now... 1) non-communication with tenant 2) increase in rent without notifying me 3) no resolution to this present day which is March 16th 2023 no communication with me regarding this this matter the manager is always out to lunch never there left messages no return calls ever in person manager not there don't know where she is and by email email no one returned my calls or have come to my apartment to resolve this matter March 6th evacuation notice on my door as I stated before I am a senior citizen 72 years old and on a fixed income with medical problems this matter has not been resolved these people did not even offer to tell me where I could get help they gave me a very short notice to evacuate this all happened just this month March 2023 when I went to pay my rent and it updated to $1,038 I had told the guy after going over to the office and asking again for the manager to speak with the manager to resolve this problem the manager again never in this guy said and also he was new said that he would call me at the end of the day which was March 3rd 2023 to come to the office to resolve this situation I begged him to please call me to resolve this matter no call so now I'm out there having to find an apartment on my own at 72 years old and sick for this to happen is disgusting to throw out to put out a senior citizen a good ten Resolution Sought The outcome that I'm looking for is that they need to get a better Staff first of all over there and I do not want this eviction notice on my credit this is disgusting I've never never had this problem before that's the matter because I am will be out of this place with no place to go and by the deadline that they had given me a very very upset and disgusted tenant
