I went to buy a phone for my niece and I asked for a phone that had unlimited internet with no interruptions so the owner said that the $60 plan is the one with no interruptions for your internet and the $50 plan you will have interruptions. One Day ago my niece told me that there wasn't no internet so I took the phones back just asked for my refund it come to find out that he didn't not give me the $60 plan. he gave me a $50 plan and charged me for $60 for the 50$ plan and I tried to tell him there was no unlimited internet on this phone he didn't want to hear it he tried to put me out the store I had to call the police he was rude to the police he would not tell the police about my phone plan he was trying to lie to them. So the police just told me to go and get my refund from another store, I told him the other store will not take the phone and pad cause I didn't buy it from them, their thin I was fixing to go on to another store he didn't want to give me back the phone I just have paid for. I had to have the police come back a get the phone back for me. The store owner hold me up from getting my refund now statute of limitation is up, so I can't get my refund back cause of Westgate Wireless on 15212 East 14th Street San Leandro California 94578. Resolution Sought Give me, my refund back, so I can go to a company that has unlimited internet like Infinity broadband Comcast that's all.

As you can see on customer paperwork, signed, initialed in person and on due legal forms. She is either misleading or not stating the facts. She does not have a $60 plan as she states (paperwork provided to BCA for review). sHE HAS A $50 PLAN PLUS $3 insurance for Motorola 5G phone for a total of $53 a month., plus a tablet for $15 a month. These two items ($53 plus $15) are $68 monthly, as you can see in details. In top of misleading about the true, she is abusing and abnormally using data over 25GB. That is our part of explanation with respected process, policies, application to our honest customers and customer service at TMobile.
