I am asking for Westinghouse to honor the warranty of the generator that's under a year old and warranted for tree years for complete motor failure. Refer to case #SC141893 thank you Resolution Sought I wish for Westinghouse to send a new generator to me so I can return the old generator back on the shipping pellet provided.

An attempt to contact the customer was made on 04/08/2022 without an answer. VM was left, and the customer returned the call on 04/10/2022. The customer is asking for a change in our replacement return policy for his defective unit. The customer was provided an alternative to the pre-shipment of his unit by agreeing to our Agreement of Consideration (See Attached). The customer felt that he could strip the unit being returned of parts so that he could have spares on hand but was advised the unit must be shipped back complete. The customer stated they do not have a computer or printer, so the agreement was mailed 04/10/2022 to the customer with a prepaid envelope. Once the agreement is returned, we will ship the replacement. The customer agreed to this solution.
