GMC was only ( 25000 ) That is was i was only in agreement with. They first sold me a Kia i ( only had 12 days ). It was a lemon i felt it was unsafe to drive like i was driving on the rims of the tires and it moved left and to the right alignment was off. I asked to trade for GMC they agreed. When finance person was having me fill out paperwork i asked if i had a time frame to cancel if i see something. He said no you already signed. (I found that isn't true there was a time i legally had the right to)/ I absolutely would have cancelled had i had known and understood what they did. My personal income was only half of what was typed in on there application it was not 5,270 for the Kia then it jumps in 12 days to 6,900 a month ??? I only made about 2500 or less monthly for my income and i only had a job for two weeks with a company wasn't hired on. The dealership charges me an astronomical amount for the trade which i put no money down i didn't have anything. They ran 10 inquiries on my credit reports to find a loan. Non of this i new about. I find out now because I've written the consumer Financial Protection Bureau who then transferred my info to the attorney general who tried to talk to Weston that sent one letter of the breakdown . I responded to the Attorney General and Weston stopped communicating. I learned i can cancel the warranty, gap insurance and etch , what i found is that Weston did not cancel the warranty for the Kia and applied it to the GMC pay Resolution Sought Warranty company called Westin to request to cancel ETCH a week ago and send me a email and the warranty company it still has not happened. Cancel the difference in debt between the Kia and the GMC . The income amount they applied with exceeded my personal income.

I traded in my 1994 Ford Ranger last summer and bought a 2015 Kia Soul. I signed all the paperwork. When I asked was told nothing more needed to be done. Last week I got a renewal license for the state of Washington for the Ford. I have called three times and no one has responded. Resolution Sought I expect the company to notify the state of Washington DOL and inform them of the change. I also want a certified letter to effect sent to me so I know it has been handled legally and correctly

After speaking with Paul today he told me that the issue was resolved a few months ago. He got in touch with someone in our business office and the State of Washington was ultimately notified that Paul no longer owns the Ford Ranger. Paul stated that he has not received any more licensing notifications for the Ford.
