Ordered heated jacket for g/son as Christmas gift. Weston stores said to order 2 sizes better than normal size. He is a medium so I ordered XL. He got jacket Dec. 26 2021 and it is 2 sizes to small. I have contacted Weston Stores requesting an exchange. I gave them order number which is 22723 and re gave them my email address. They asked for a tracking number which I never received. I explained I just wanted an exchange not a refund. Now they are giving e the run around and hassles about an exchange. I have emailed this store several times and have tried calling them but the phone recordings just takes me from point A to point B then back to point A again. I do have all the emails I have sent to Weston and their limited replies. If you need me to forward them to you it will be no problem. I also have a email receipt showing I did pay for their merchandise. Resolution Sought Now, I do want a full refund as I feel they are not going to do an exchange. I feel they are waiting for the time allotted for an exchange to expire and they don't have to honor their promise.

Mr. Starbuck ordered a heated jacket from our company. It was delivered to him on 12/24 https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction?qtc_tLabels1=92612927005447000016874592 . He said that it did not fit and wanted to exchange. We will gladly exchange the item if he returns the item to us , which Mr. Starbuck was okay with. We emailed him 3 different times letting him know what return address to return the item to. We are not giving him any "run arounds" about an exchange. We will happily exchange his item to us as stated once he returns it to us. Mr. Starbuck still has not had his return delivered to us. He provided us a non working tracking number 3 days ago. Once we receive his return, we will gladly ship out his new order for the exchanged size that he wants or provide him with a refund. As stated, we ask that the customer ships back their item and provide a working tracking number within 7 days of refund approval. He still has not done that.
