My electric company is refusing to work with me on a payment arrangement to get my electric back on.it has been off for the last 30+days .same with the puc. Resolution Sought To have my electric back on.

I moved on Aug. 31 2022. I called to pay my final bill on the 24th of August and let them know I was moving on the 31st. My final bill was 224 I believe. Now third time calling about why I'm still receiving emails about a bill. Low and behold they never took me off the account!!!! I've reached out via phone text and called and left a message with my landlord with no response. I moved an hour away from that location!!!!! I had a kidney transplant on September 15th. If needed I can provide you my current lease at my new address. Point being made is my landlord never changed it back into her name Resolution Sought I want nothing to do with my old address!!!! I haven't lived there since Wednesday the 31st. That bill needs to be paid by the landlord or whom ever resides at that location as of September 1st.
