I went to west side Chevy bought a trailblazer (2023) as I was signing all the papers the rep. slipped in a LoJack service agreement for 2347.00. I didn't notice he was just sliding the papers for me to hurry up and sign. On the agreement it says this is an Optional service I was not given any options. I want options because I'm on a fixed income and it's a low income at that. I really hope you can help me. Resolution Sought Give me refund since they pulled a fast one on me. I will not be going there or sending any family or friends. the rep Tony Martinez thought it was funny when I called him about it. Please help, I think they do deceptive business practice.
