Fire her get a new receptionist get a new rental manager

I came in to inquire about apartment in the lady at the front desk said I'm not ready for no more of y'all . I asked her was all that for she said I an not accepting application and you cannot put in the application. I could not get on there waiting list because if they run a credit check and found out I'm approved that I might go somewhere else and get apartment. Then I called and asked for the owners number or complaint number she said no she don't give out their number and that that there was not no complaint line number
