They are an energy provided who switched my service to them stating that I signed a contract. I have never elected to switch my energy service provider away from Delmarva. Resolution Sought Cancelation and reporting the company for illegal business practices

Mr. Dimarco signed up with WGL Energy through a broker partner online on January 18th. The customer manually enters their own utility account information and receives confirmation once the enrollment has been submitted. An email confirmation was sent to his yahoo once the customer clicked a button to authorize enrollment. A pre-enroll letter was mailed on 1/22/2024 to the customer's mailing address he provided during enrollment. The customer called the WGL Energy Customer Care Center and his account was cancelled on 1/29/2024. Please advise your customer to call our customer care center at 844-427-5945 if there are additional questions.
