Ever since I purchased my house and I've been using Washington gas my gas bill never was no more than $20 then all the sudden it started Rising more and more and more and nothing has changed in my life and now my bill is now $99 and I'm like what in the world going on because nothing has changed and the weather has not been cold enough for my bill to go up and even when the weather was it was snow outside my bill never got over $20 so I'm beginning to think Washington gas is not reading the meters and they're guesstimating customer bills and this needs to stop because people are on budgets and they cannot afford to even purchase food now more or less for their bills to go up because we have lazy people that do not want to do their job and they gouging people out of unnecessary money. Resolution Sought I would like for Washington Gas to be investigated cuz I'm quite sure I'm not the only customer that is complaining about their bill constantly going up and nothing in their life has changed the weather has not been bad enough for you to increase your heating in your home actually the weather has been quite comfortable for you to even lift your windows but my gas bill is going up don't understand so I am looking to be refunded if my bill has been gouged or raised for no apparent reason.

I am disputing a gas bill of $ 252.97 for the month of January, $307.36 for the month February and now due for the month of March $222.28. Compared to $111.39 jan.22 , $181.18 feb.22 and $163.16 mar.22. We have had a mild winter, so my husband and I have kept the thermostat on 69 or70,and there been days it was off. Resolution Sought I want to know why our gas bills are so high. We are seniors and we feel that we are being taken at gouged.
