Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A variety of factors are considered when calculating CRI. This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. Consumers are encouraged to take into consideration the company's CRI, their overall BCA letter rating and other relevant information about the company so they can make a well-informed purchasing decision.

3- 7–22 Whatever works received a check from my husband Mr. Manuel yes check was for the amount of $160.10 which we have a copy of. This check shows that it was deposited on the 3/7/22. On 3/8/22. I received an email with a confirmation #20405906. 3/10/22 Received a letter stating that $21.40 was needed because of a price increase. Between my husband and I have talked to 18 people trying to resolve this. But none of them can find the order. Asked to be sent to corporate, talk to Jody on 3/24/22 she gave me an address and told me to send verification of the check. 3/28/22 sent the letter she requested told me to address it to Kathy. But it was returned by the post office saying address unknown. We get nowhere with these people. They keep asking the same questions. I give them the same answers. And they can't locate the order. We're trying to cancel as it is no longer needed. We had used the order form that was in the magazine. That was sent to us. My husband used check number 1367 it had his old address of 412 Orchard Ave., Manchester, MO 63021. Phone number on check 614-256-7003. That is no longer a valid number his new phone is 740–506–9620 this is a good working number for him. Resolution Sought We want our money back for $160.10. As soon as possible.
