I have made several purchases on Whatnot, an online auction site, but unfortunately, the descriptions of a few items I received did not match. Specifically, flaws or issues were not mentioned, and the items received differed from those shown in the video. I requested to return the items on the same day i received tge item since they did not match the description. Whatnot also conducts live video transactions, and a few of my recent purchases have been problematic. When I attempted to return the items, both the seller and Whatnot refused to accept the return, claiming that the items matched the descriptions. I have two returns that do not match the descriptions, and both the seller and Whatnot have denied the return. I am requesting a full investigation into this company as they have engaged in this practice with myself, family, and friends. It is unfair that we are stuck with items that have flaws and issues that were not disclosed. For instance, my purse, which I purchased for $174.07, was repainted, and this detail was not mentioned in the auction. My return request has been denied. I urge you to intervene. Resolution Sought Accept the returns and refund me.

I was sold a counterfeit yunzii yz98 keyboard and I went to message whatnot about it and said I would return the item and wanted a refund...they said based on my account history they are denying my refund so I sent an email stating that I've had 4 refunds since April 6th which is when I started getting on whatnot and all of my refunds was legit with pics proving the item was broken or missing pieces....and this company also allows minors on it and has been notified by me and others with proof of a minor being on this app and they ignore the reports Resolution Sought To give me my refund
