I have contacted WhatsApp multiple times through their support team to help with my account that I do not have access to anymore due to a glitch in their system that will not send me a verification code to verify my phone number. I use this app for work and have lost countless hours of employment due to their negligence. They email back occasionally and say they are working on it to then stop responding, leaving me with no help or support from their Company as promised. They do not have a phone number to call so this has all been communicated through email. They are aware of the issue and are not taking action to fix it on their end. Please let me know if this is something you are able to help with. Resolution Sought Respond to my request for help from their support team so that I can access my account on WhatsApp and return to work.

WhatsApp disabled my account for no reason. They give no explanation, only that they will review my request within 24 hours. My family is traveling internationally, and I have no way to contact them due to this mistake. I have not used the account in years. There is not any type of customer service for WhatsApp and they are falsely advertising a way of international communication when they disable people's accounts for no apparent reason and do not even notify them, leaving that person without a way to communicate. Resolution Sought I would like them to please make customer service readily available to customers and also to notify someone if their account is suspended. If someone has hacked my account, I have no knowledge of it because I have never been notified.
