I had placed an order for a mystery box on July 19, 2020. My order was never received nor shipped. For months the company repeatedly ignored my emails and text message regarding the status of my order. I had to research on my own who was actually in charge so that I could even find any info out. It was back in late August when I finally after months was able to get a response. I was told that they were waiting on items to come in to full the boxes. Over a month later again and again I have been ignored and also my phone number was blocked by them because I said I would pursue legal action if I don't get any response or receive any items from my order. I also had to have an external sender forward the message because I was blocked. Upon the message getting forwarded they were informed that I would like a response as well as my items from them otherwise I would look into pursuing legal information. The forwarded message was responded to the following day in a hostile way. They said that the order has been taken over by there legal team because I was looking into legal services. They said the order is placed on hold and nothing can be done with it and refusing to refund the money or do anything unless they receive a bunch of personal information of mine and a lawyers. (Keep in mind they were never told there was any hired legal service they were just informed themat legal service may follow if no response from them was received. $512.99 is a felony to steal from someone. Resolution Sought I Would still like to receive the item as this is paid for and was intended to be a birthday gift for my grandson. I would also like an apology and to see some sort of reimbursement for my time as well as the 3 months that I have been ignored and mistreated by a company that I spent $512.99 with.
