First of all they sell lemon cars. We bought a 2008 Ford Focus and the transmission went out in two days. Then for the last six months it has been fixing parts like the water pump. They repaired the transmission but tore up the alignment of the car. Meanwhile making car payments and paying late fees. We had to go a whole month without the car and still had to pay the car payment. We got sick this week with COVID-19 and I called Monday notifying them that I knew I was a few weeks late and that I was sorry for the inconvenience I asked if I could pay Friday. The company stated that would be fine. Yesterday while I was sick in bed asleep they came without a court order or a knock on my door and reposed our family's only mode of transportation. When I called to straighten the misunderstanding up the company told me I was several months behind and that I had to pay the repo bill and my car payment which is more than my family can afford. I have statements from my bank that verify that I was only 23 days late not several months. I have contacted a consumer protection lawyer and I am going to sue this company for fraudulent actions against me. Resolution Sought Give me back my vehicle after I pay the payment and the late fee for the 23 days it was late. Apologize for rude and unprofessional behavior.
