The management company that handles the property at which I've lived for over 9 plus years recently had our vehicle towed because by slip of the mind we forgot to have our safety inspection updated. Our safety sticker expired on 4/2022 and our vehicle was towed on 5/27/2022 not even a 2 whole month our stickers expired. The police who patrols our neighbors states they normally give a month grace and even if would just have given a ticket, for which we could just go get the sticker done and bring the vehicle to show proof that it was updated. We went out of town for 2 days and so the storage fee accumulated to $100 at $50 a day. This practice is rather unethical and unpractical for anyone who works and jugles life on a daily to not be able to forget anything espically a sticker that cost $16 to get done, ended up costing $300 in towing fees plus aggreviation in dealing with this issue, while taking my child to the ER with the same time frame. Under normal circumstances, I would be able to move past this issue, but $300 is too high a price to pay when we're all as a country financially struggling. Resolution Sought A full refund is not at least a partially refund.
