Had an appointment at 9am I was there 10 minutes before 9am, Ms Kisha G. So call experienced Braider WHICH I WAS AND CHARGED A $25 late fee. I waited in the next door Business , until she came over, and said I was late. Which was a lie . I want my $25,00 late fee. Left and came back 30 minutes later she was gone. Resolution Sought Return my $25 so call later fee.

Ms. Hill had an appt booked on my booking site that was set up by her daughter and paid in full days prior to the actual appt. I arrived at the shop at 8:50am and set up as usual. Once 9am came, I checked the shop's front and back door (area's where clientele can park) and saw no one. Per policy, I have a 10 minute grace period before an appt will be cancelled. During this 10 min grace period I checked the salon doors a couple more times and saw no one. I did not receive a call, text, knock on the salon door, or any other type of notification. At 9:13am I contacted the daughter of the client (only contact number avail) via text, and informed her there was a No Show and the appt will be cancelled. I let her know there is a 25 fee for cancellations made 24 hrs prior to appt which can be found on the booking site and is also emailed to client's when booking an appt. I kept my 25 fee and refunded client's daughter the remaining balance. Daughter understood and agreed. Once leaving the salon at around 9:15am, I was approached by a young man working at a neighboring business next door who informed me Ms Hill was inside having a conversation. I approached Ms. Hill and introduced myself. Ms. Hill proceeded to tell me she was ready to get started on her hair in which I responded "You're too late for your appt and time isn't on our side anymore". Ms. Hill immediately got upset and started cursing speaking about how she needed her hair down now. I offered to do a different style that would take less time but she said she only wanted what her daughter paid for. Ms Hill kept stepping in my face making me very uncomfortable and I stepped back multiple times. She kept repeating "my daughter already paid for my f**king hair so you need to do it now". I only accepted a few more curse words before I decided to turn around and walk out of the neighboring store and ended the confrontation. I later spoke with the daughter on the phone and informed her about the confrontation I had with her mother. Her daughter apologized multiple times for her mother's behavior, money was refunded, and client has been blocked. Since then, Ms. Hill has come back into the salon cursing and yelling and demanding her money back. The refund has already been issued back to daughter but her presence in the salon that day was very embarrassing.
