I paid $700 for a broken washer. It hasn't worked since I received it yet I'm making payments. I have jumped through their hoops to get it fixed. I had a service tech out that determined it needs a new control panel and ordered the part. That was a month ago and I still don't have any idea when I will receive my part or if they can find it. I've been going to a laundromat and they won't reimburse me for that. The company doesn't seem to care about my difficulties and keeps giving me the run around. Resolution Sought I would like to get a machine that actually works! I don't want the headache of dealing with this machine anymore. It's caused me more stress, time, & money than needed. I'm tired of jumping through their hoops only to get nowhere.
