They were to send a package to my elderly mother over 6 weeks ago! We are still waiting! They do not answer their phones and they do not call you back when you leave a message! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Resolution Sought Send the package, then go out of business!

Company states: We would love to be able to help in this situation, but normally we're not a company that mails packages, so we really would need the patient information and make sure we know what's going on since we have no idea what this is referring to.
