I bought a Beautyrest mattress in November 2020 and 2 days after being delivered I called them and made a complaint about the mattress had a dip on both sides the left and right side and our head and legs both were upwards then a guy came out rolling a nasty pipe across it, then he left and I received a call later that day that nothing was wrong with it then 2 days after I called back because of the same problem. Then about 2 weeks later the guy came back to our place to check the bed he checked it and left and I received a call that the bed is in fact defective. So we where told to go to the store and pick out another bed, so we did and about a week later we received a called that another bed is being given in place of the one we picked out that we need to go in and see if it's ok, so we went and checked it out and agreed to get it. Then Mike the sales guy said that it will take 2 weeks to get because he had to order it and I had said ok. Then after about 2 and a half weeks I called them back and asked where the bed is and Mike said must have been phone tag which he forgot to order it. Then he responded that we would get it in a couple of weeks for the bed place to make it, then I said ok again and felt like I had no choice then to wait. Then 2 days later the furniture store called and said that my bed was in and gave me a day to deliver it once we received it I layed on it that night to sleep and there's dip and lumps everywhere they gave me the floor sample model Resolution Sought I would like a refund so I can go elsewhere to purchase another bed. That's what I been asking for all along and now I have medical problems because of it.

Customer purchased a new Simmons mattress set and was delivered and removed from manufactures sealed plastic packaging in the bedroom of home on 10-20-20. She called 12-10-20 with concern on bed. Our tech went out and inspected mattress at this time it did not meet criteria for a warranty replacement by the manufacture. Our tech used a clean sanitized piece of conduit to lay across mattress to measure impression in mattress surface. She called again 3-18-20 with concern on bed tech performed same inspection and the mattress did meet criteria for a warranty replacement by manufacture. She was given the option of getting the same bed, changing to different model or even different manufacture. She opted to change manufacturer. The bed she originally chose from Englander was not being manufactured any longer due to model changeover. We asked her to come in and lay on the new version which she did and selected. The mattress had to be ordered because it was a new model and did take several weeks to come in due to a nation-wide foam shortage not because the mattress was not ordered. We provided free delivery in the same fashion as 1st mattress and at no additional expense to the customer to handle her warranty issue. In the event she has another Warranty claim we are happy to honor the manufactures warranty which would be a replacement mattress not a refund.
