I hired White Knight Pest Control after they showed up at my door with. Great deal (or so I thought) They came out for the first service for $150 the. After that, they come out every 3 months to spray at another $150 service. Well after the first service, they came to do a "quarterly service" after they just got done doing one. I thought it was supposed to just be a check up on their work as I was told by Alex (the first sprayer) Well we scheduled it for 5pm Friday because I had to work and they just showed up when they wanted, didn't do the entire job because my back gate is locked so they couldn't have sprayed back there. So I called to dispute the charges due to them being VERY unprofessional and leaving a horrible taste in my mouth. Not only did they tell me i will not rescue r a refund, they were trying to keep me on. When I told them I dont want their services, they told me I'm responsible for the remaining balance and charged me another $200 on top of the $150 making it $500 they've taken in 2 months. They put my account in the negative and now I'm looking to sue for damages due to them scamming me. Resolution Sought I would like to be refunded the $350 they took from me without my consent. They want $1250 from me and that's not happening, they're the worst kind of scammers.
