I just typed a huge message and it was deleted. My name is Shea Fuentes. My number is 517-894-8945. Address 656 W maple st lansing , mi 48906 apt 103. Please call me fir very in depth story. What is happening here is sickening. This company is very fraudulent. Staff having sex with patients. Stealing large sums of money from lockers "Losing" belongings. Over crowding vans. People sitting on floor or in back. It took me 3 months pain and agony to get my simple 2 sheet paperwork for short term disability signed. They will not give me any copies or proof. I signed paperwork black out drunk when I arrived. I've never seen any intake paperwork so I don't know what I signed. I'm now dealing with my annuity withdrawal. Which I gave 3 weeks ago. Come to find our they didn't sign it because they didn't think I was eligible until 55. I think they threw it away. They won't give it back. It took me 2 weeks to get. Lies after lies. I've been demanding and calling about an appointment with director for 3 weeks. Today my counselor just told me to go to Jay's office and see him. Upon arrival I was disrepctfully approached bark at why am I there. Then threatening to call the police to remove me. I was calm. I'm so lost I don't know what to do. Not receiving these payments in a timely fashion has costed me my license from a debt associated with it, I almost lost my career unable to pay dues, I lost my room I rented.... so I'm homeless now. They are ruining my life. And alot of other people Resolution Sought Stop the negligence. Provide services offered. Provide paperwork. There is fraud here big time please look into it. This place should not be in business.
