I went in to buy a vehicle, test drive the vehicle, paid down on the vehicle, got to the finance guy (Roger), he said he doesn't want to be the bearer of bad news but i have to wait for the car's title for two weeks, as they are still waiting for it from the bank. I WAITED TWO WEEKS. Called, left messages, finally i was called back by, Roger, the Finance guy, said they had the title, set an appointment to pick up the car. Two hours later, the Title Manager called me to say something is wrong with the car, they might not be able to fix it. Come in this weekend test drive another car. Asked me if I wanted to stay in the same price range. THIS IS UNACCEPTIBLE SERVICE. Why did it take them two weeks to discover the problem with the car? And why am I now being told this, after waiting for the car, as they claimed for the bank to send them the title. I do wonder if they treat all their customers this way. It is cause to wonder. Resolution Sought Make good on their promise, give me the car I paid down on, or give me back my down payment, today, so I don't have to tie up more money when I go to another dealership. I don't want to wait five days or a week to get my down payment credited. I don't want tp wait, I do not trust this company.
