Second complaint with this company. Boat had to be shipped to manufacturing plant for repairs. They have had nearly 3 weeks and I have no updates as to what they intend to do or how to proceed. This is after this boat day for 2 months until they decided to ship it there for repairs. They are dragging their feet on my dime. I have had nothing but issues out of this boat and feel that it is a lemon. They need to provide me with a new boat or give me my money back including all upgrades that have been added to the boat such as ski tow bar, underpinning, etc. Resolution Sought Reimburse me the cost of my boat and all upgrades that it has.

I ordered some parts from White River Marine Group, but they sent me the wrong parts. I sent them the pictures that the parts was the wrong parts but they will not refund my money. The parts will not fit my boat they have the pictures. I returned the incorrect parts on Monday, March 7 and I'm waiting for them to give me a refund. Resolution Sought I would like them to send me a return shipping label so I can return these wrong parts and refund my $113.79

Company states: We received the returned part from the customer. The manager will expedite his refund which will be returned to the credit card used for the purchase. Please allow 3-7 business days.
