Attempted to make a service appointment for my new Toyota. Clicked a button on the Bill Kidd Toyota web page. System directed me to the Greatness web page and required entry of my name credit card number, expiration date and security code on the back of the card. Greatness is not affiliated with Bill Kidd Toyota. I already have a service plan. Greatness charges $39 a month, auto billed to my credit card. I could not continue to schedule the service appointment unless I joined the Greatness Car Care plan.
