Gentleman told me numerous times he would get my car in. I drove by and lot is empty and he said he was ordering stuff to fix my car in November and haven't heard from him. My car was hut in May and it's February and he keeps giving me a run around. Resolution Sought State farm pays him to fix my car so he should fix it

I tried to reach Ms. Chaney at this phone # but person that answered said wrong #, so I emailed her & apologized. My husband, the owner of the shop past away very unexpectedly December of last year so I am afraid this job got lost in shuffle. I told her to bring the car in this week if she still wanted it fixed so waiting for her reply.
