I hired him to fix my house after a fire, he charged $87,500.00 to have the job done within 6 weeks and he was paid in full on Dec 14 2023 and some work was done but not all im still lacking flooring, trimmings, cabinets and countertops, he was supposed to get some appliances but went back on his word of that backsplash, fixing a water leak and cleaning my furnace unit out so it could be lit. I have called to get no answer I have also sent texts messages and haven't gotten a response. I asked him where the material was ordered as it was said by him they were already paid for he will not tell me anything pertaining the materials. I came to find out he has done another person this way that's also located in arkadelphia. Resolution Sought Anything and everything I would like a small portion of the money back so I can have someone to come in and finish so I can get my family back home

Total project bid $148,000. Customer was dissatisfied with amount of time taking to complete phase 3. One day after Electrical Services completed hanging fixtures Customer began harassing threats and discussing confidential information with employees causing termination of staff members as well as notified lender of breach of contract terms. Had insurance company issue lien waiver which was executed and submitted. Customer failed to mention in complaint the information indicated above And details of total project. It should be noted that we were warned by first contractor who was beginning project and had started work yet asked to leave that we should probably pass.
