I hired Mr. Witten to paint my living room, dining room, bathroom and foyer of the house I just bought. He assured me it would be completed prior to my move in date. Not only was it not completed on time, the work that he did was horrible. There are paint spills all over my hardwood floors, cabinets and countertops among other places. He said he would refund my money (I have it in text), however he has gone missing with my money and house key in hand. I've gotten two estimates to fix his mess one is over $3000 the other over $6000. Resolution Sought Refund and for a new homeowner like myself to nevertheless have to go through what we are now.
