The man I spoke with on the Telemedicine call laughed at me. I was not provided service, yet after complaining about the rude response, they continue to flood my email and mailbox with the bill. Resolution Sought Cancel the bill so it won't affect my credit.

We are familiar with customer and have tried to resolve her issues on a few occasions. I will attach one of our most recent interactions which was sent via mail and email. I also noticed that customer's complaint was that she was being flooded with bills and emails, and she doesn't want this to ruin her credit. I can assure you that she has not been flooded with any sort of aggressive billing service or emails. However, we have contacted her trying to resolve her complaint, which was that she did not receive correspondence with the doctor. I also did explain to the patient over the phone that her account was not going to a collection agency and that our concern was not her bill, rather than her getting the service she felt she was not provided. We have been trying to help customer.

We have closed the patient's account- they do not have a balance. Email was sent to patient as well as a message left on her cell. There should be no issue for her to complain about.
