Jeff purchased an engine and had it installed when he had an issue with it he was told that I needed to be repaired and we would cover repairs as long as the terms and conditions of the warranty were followed. When it came time to send in receipts Jeff cannot send in the correct receipts mainly just the water pump receipt which is the main thing required on a used engine and after going back and forth with Jeff it was determined that a water pump is never installed by the shop that did the work. Putting on water pump on a used engine is standard in the used parts industry and something that is required no matter where the engine is bought. He had the engine for almost 2 months and during this time we cannot account for anything other than his word which is why we require receipts. You must follow the terms and conditions of your warranty to validate your warranty. His real problem is with his shop for not installing a water pump on a used engine even when the engine comes with installation instructions and terms and conditions as well as his receipt.
