I did not order from these poeple took $34. From my account did not receive any product they canceled me but would not give the money back. Resolution Sought I would like the $34 they took give back

Hopefully, this information can alleviate some of the confusion that is leading to this complaint. We show Ms. Voelker reached out to customer service on January 04, 2024 where the request to cancel the account was done. The confirmation of cancel is C-520441. The refunds were issued on January 09, 2024, refunds can take 3-10 business days. Today January 17, 2024 is the 5th business day. As a reminder business days exclude weekends and holidays.
