Dispute #16352865 /investigator Juan Miguel D First called about the charge from merchant which I received NO GOODS OR REFUND. On 3/17/25 CREDIT POSTED TO MY ACCOUNT ON 3/31/25 ON 4/16/25 CHIME REQUESTED DOCUMENTS I SENT DOCUMENTS ON 4/18/25 -4/29/25 AVA YOUR DISPUTE TEAM MEMBER MADE SURE ALL QUESTIONS AND DOCUMENTS THAT WAS REQUESTED OR NEEDED HAD BEEN SENT AND WERE CORRECT. SHE SAID EVERYTHING WAS SENT THAT WOULD BE NEEDED TO COMPLETE THE INVESTIGATION ON MY END HAD BEEN SENT OVER AND SHE ESCILATED IT TO A SUPERVISOR. I HAVE NOT GOTTEN ONE REASON WHY YOU LET A MERCHANT COMMIT MERCHANT FRAUD AGAINST ME OR WHY YOU THEN TOOK ANOTHER 496.25 OUT OF MY ACCOUNT AND GAVE TO THE MERCHANT. SO THE MERCHANT NOW HAS TAKEN 496.25 TWO TIMES FROM ME . I GAVE YOU ALL THE INFORMATION NEEDED . ANSWERED ALL THE QUESTIONS YOU ASKED, AND PROVIDED THE RECEIPT FROM PURCHASE . I HAVE CONTACTED THE MERCHANT AND THEY PROMISED ME A REFUND. THAT WAS ON 3/12/25 IT IS NOW 5/1/25. I CAN NOT GET MY MONEY BACK GOING THROUGH YOU OR DOING SO MYSELF. SINCE THIS IS ALOT OF MONEY I HAVE NO OTHER CHOICE THAT TO MAKE A REPORT AGAINST YOU AND THE MERCHANT. I HAVE BEEN LITTERALY SICK OVER THIS AND IT HAS CAUSED ME UNDO STRESS. I CANT EAT, THINK OR USE MY ACCOUNT . IM LETTING YOU KNOW THAT I AM NOT WAITING ANOTHER WEEK FOR YOU TO TELL ME YOU DENIED MY DISPUTE AGAIN. THE MERCHANT STOLE MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT AND YOU TOOK MONEY Resolution Sought To have the minus 496.25 removed from my account and get the 496 25 back from the merchant the wholesale hunter because that's merchant fraud I bragged on you guys even had friends n family join. It was 5 stars now it's one
