Best company i've ever had

I started with this company over a year ago and they are world class. They white glove the setup of my machine and trained my employees on how to use it. This was ideal for a company of my size with over 50 employees. They saved me thousands of dollars per month and I am receiving my money faster than I ever have. Would highly recommend.

Won't waive fraudulent ETF fee contact

It's been over half a year and wholesale payments won't contact us on what we owe and instead will send us right to collections. Then we call them and they said they missed to add two more charges to our account and still won't waive our ETF fee of $295 even when we have a photo copied contract for when our door agent signed us up. They had us switch between 3 different machines and all of them had sporatic issues while using our old card machine works just fine. We try to cancel, their cancellation department is closed and they would call back. In which they attempted to call us back 30 minutes before we even opened and never tried to call us again or leave a voicemail on what to do. These people make it your duty to call them every single time, random fees left and right, adjusted monthly minimum at random, and a headache all around to deal with.
