This company does not know how to conduct business or satisfy customers. They have caused nothing but stress & confusion.
If you attempt to do business with this company don't be fooled by an approval code. I was given an approval code over the phone to go to the store to pick my merchandise only to be told by the cashier that I was denied which was embarrassing in front of other customers. When I called the company to get answers, I was only told that I left the area blank where I was supposed to type in my salary on the online application, which I did not do as you can't even submit it if there is any info missing, & that there was nothing they could do. I would have to reapply in 30 days. As this was for a xmas tree, in 30 days I would no longer need the lease for this purpose. After speaking with rep after rep & asking to please speak with a supervisor instead as I was getting no where, every time they transferred me I got an automated recording about getting denied. I hung up & proceeded to call back again& when I asked why I kept getting this recording I was told that no supervisor would answer for someone who's already been denied. Keep in mind, this all started with an APPROVAL code. Also, I was told by 2 representatives that due to high volume they were facing technical difficulties with their online application process & going in person to the store was preferred which I wouldn't have known in advance to calling them with my issue because there was no indication of this problem on their website. When I was in the store the cashier didn't even have a chance to enter anything besides the last 4 of my ss & the approval code when the message popped up saying to call the company to be told through the cashier I was denied. Therefore, this led to the multiple calls of getting no satisfaction. My fiancé applied as well & got denied right away, yet I got an approval code. So what's the point of the code if they claim you're denied. Why not give the denial in the 1st place instead of suffering the embarrassment in the store & wasting the gas. Every phone call was nothing but an argument as every rep did the same thing which was beat around the bush & not resolve the issue. Instead I was only continually told I can reapply in 30 days, which as I mentioned, was of no help. And on top, the tree I was attempting to lease would be on sale for 149.99 for only the rest of that day. The next day it would return to full price at 299.99. It turned out to be a terrible experience as a consumer for a possible business transaction. Unless they change their business tactics, I would never attempt to or do business or recommend doing business with this company. (And I did not give them 1 star. Personally I would have rated them 0 stars though it would not allow me to do so).
