Regarding the Miami tours to the everglades, I'm writing to tell our experience with Wide Angle Inc. We actually booked everything through the internet, and booked a tour through the Everglades and transportation from Miami. The problems started when the time window for the pick up ranged from 7:45 to 10 am. As we didn't receive any communication giving us a more precise time, we thought it should be close to 8:30/9 am. Today we woke up with a call from the driver saying she was waiting for 20 minutes outside the hotel and that she was leaving. We actually tried to rush but it was pointless as we needed at least 10 more minutes. We then contacted the company that told us that it wasn't refundable and that as a favor to us, they could give us a 50 discount on a future booking. This complaint is being written in order to try to make a point and, if possible, get some kind of refund because everything was handled without any sort of preoccupation with the costumers. Resolution Sought We would like to have a total refund for the amount of 250$
